Hello to all I am new to this wrold and am here to learn and contribute as much as i can.I entered realestates 4 month ago and so far brokered 2 deals to investors for 2.5 percent commission currently am in contract on a third property that I am looking to flipI found a wealthy Investor whom is backing me up on hard contracts.....My primary focus is Bayonne NJ all my deals are there for now.

If the developer sells well under these conditions, he can pretty much finance all the construction.Most of the construction in Mexico is in the hands of very wealthy families.

He suggested my goals are too low, encouraging me to aim higher given my age, being single, and having the time to learn and accumulate wealth. I
