I must admit I was extremely nervous having not ever done it before, but I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly the whole thing went.

I would be surprised if an attorney that handled these types of transactions didn't already have a draft prepared.

Is there anything right off the bat that you would say you loved or hated or were pleasantly or unpleasantly surprised by.....as far as the loan process goes?  

If you've been paying attention to the real estate market recently it shouldn't surprise you that home flipping is back.

Not sure what their pricing is for small number of units but we really like the system and it might be worth you inquiring.One other thing that may be of value...whatever system you decide on, you might also want to offer PayNearMe to any tenants that don't have bank accounts (a surprisingly high percentage of the population does not have a traditional bank account). 

It was a complete surprise and my personal Doctor had been telling me that I appeared to be in good shape.There are a few things you might consider doing before you start investing in your life.

I have put in a few calls to the attorney's office handling the case but, to my surprise, haven't heard back yet.
