I’m no CPA, but after doing an exchange last year and having to amend a tax return the year before due to failure to claim depreciation on a property previous property sale, I came to a few conclusions.

Im using simple math and date to come to conclusions that EXP agents are saying that data and math is false.

The only reason you don't find deals and come to a conclusion there are no deals or other excuses is because.....You..

I came to a similar conclusion long ago and stopped sharing details with some people.

And show prove.If it is not.. based on WHAT do you draw this conclusion?

Its coming soon but not yet as the number of true prospects don't make the cost worth the investment.I have researched EDDM so much to come to this conclusion it isnt funny.

So all these people are googling my name, seeing my keller williams profile, and jumping the gun on conclusions that I'm shady?

IMO simple math and logic is all that's needed to come to that conclusion, if you're in it for the long haul anyway.
