I am 31 years old, just graduated from school as an RN recently and have found that i am unhappy in the career due to how slavelike we are treated as nurses between administration and patients, the picture and way we were treated as students doing clinicals at hospitals was way different than how it really is once you get out on the floor yourself.

There are lots of good tax practitioners around. 

The population has been growing here year over year over the last decade, it is home to The Ohio State University which has over 50,000 students that live here along with those that visit, and it also holds a diverse range of young professionals and traveling nurses to fill the demand of the multiple business corporations and hospitals stationed here.

I currently work as a paramedic for a large busy 911 system and my wife is a nurse.

I know the Owner of the house and she was pit in a nursing home and cant pay her mortgage.

Prices are going to keep increasing and if you are cash flowing each month, you will be fine.Now, one strategy I have been looking into specifically in that area is doing Medium Term Rentals (MTR) for Travel Nurses.

I may consider buying in Florida in the future since it seems like a lot of people are moving there and there's flexibility with buying a SFH as a long-term rental, mid-term rental (to travel nurses and business professionals) and short-term rentals (AirBnbs). 

Different guest types (travel nurses, digital nomads, construction workers, insurance placements) are looking for different types of properties.
