Looking to improve my portfolio and changing careers

I am looking for more advice to tailor my investments in the right direction....and possible advice on becoming an real estate agent/realitor...

I am 31 years old, just graduated from school as an RN recently and have found that i am unhappy in the career due to how slavelike we are treated as nurses between administration and patients, the picture and way we were treated as students doing clinicals at hospitals was way different than how it really is once you get out on the floor yourself. I have been really contemplating cutting down to part time and trying out a new career choice to see if it makes me happier.

Current situation:

I have 5 houses currently, they were all purchased while in the military and have been turned into rentals when i was given new orders to new areas, overall i'm making ~$1550/month off of them after all expenses as rentals, but 1 has been negative $81 to me for a very long time, so i recently put it up for sale to take it out of my portfolio.

My other investment is Lendingclub, ive been using it since 2009 with small investment and its been rock solid ever since i setup the settings to my own custom, so i added more money last few years. I currently have 60k invested in it and have never had a negative profit month, but the annual ROI has been slowly taking a dive due to how much looser they have made it recently to acquire loans through them. so my annual ROI has dropped from 13% in 2009 to last year 9%, to this year showing signs of around 5-6% annual ROI only...

My questions is this.. i have 39k left over in my savings from downsizing after getting out to have money to survive on while attending nursing school, should i invest it in more real estate, pay down one of the properties, or add it to my lendingclub account?  If you have any feedback to give me in regards to looking into maybe becoming an agent or realtor let me know, i really like the fact that i'm not pressured to work everyday due to my passive income and when i was a student it was really nice being able to make my own schedule and enjoy life more, so i feel that real estate may be a route to increase my passive income as well give me a job for active income to invest with further.
