Yes, to them it may be a tad of a hold up/bottle neck because they have to wait for you to approve but if you ensure that you review and approve or decline within say 24-48 hours that should help your PM to maintain your property with efficiency and in excellence without running your expenses too high in an untimely manner.

Even when i get asked about being the owner i refer them to "well "(insert company)" owns the home" so they don't later on bottle neck me with resident questions or work. although i do find it true to have a longer retention rate when the resident has a small family owned business they are renting from rather than a huge corporate company.cheers,
