For me personally I’ve found that books tend to inspire me and light the necessary fire that’s needed to work towards a goal but I think finding a mentor that is already doing what your doing will be far more beneficial and accelerate what you are wanting to do!

@Paul De Luca My plan is to connect with investors and try to find them and analyze deals for them till I'm able to get a network going, I was planning on having an investor and an investor agent to take me under their wing and mentor me.
