Integrity is important to me, and regardless of how good of a deal might be brought to my attention in Jaffrey, I will not be purchasing and renovating another one of their distressed properties in the future.

It is a much wiser move to level the floor (or use shims) so it doesn't rock than use caulk thinking it is going to provide some structural integrity when someone plops down their big *** on your toilet.You can leave a 1" gap in the back so you know if the seal on the wax ring has been broken, but the pressure will cause the water to blow through the caulk so the gap isn't necessary.

I have certainly used my phone to integrate with some of my tools, such as account systems, etc.

I think the fact you are even considering compensating him for the fact he isn't going to be able to sell this deal speaks volumes for your sense of fair play and your integrity. 

If you plan on getting anywhere in business you need to understand that integrity and reputation are essential elements of successs. don't lie, cheat, steal, or mislead others.

So at the at the end of the day yes he has the Money but you have (according to you) what a lot of people are missing and is very hard to come by .....integrity , so you are more valuable to him. 

It's fair but not very professional and it doesn't integrate with anything else.  

Not sure about structure integrity or permit issuance.
