Greetings!

Last night at our REIA meeting a CPA that provided book keeping services said that the most common trait among her most successful clients was that they where all actively educating themselves.

For the benefit of everyone here and yourself, share 1 big thing that you learned this week along with 2 small, one sentence things.

1. I learned about the "Reticular Activation System" and how it is an integral part of your brain that determines what information to send to your conscious mind. I wrote a post about it in my blog. You can read it here.

2. Educating you seller is an essential step in negotiating.

3. When wholesaling a deal, always provide to ways for the buyer to make prophet.

I learned something for the umpteenth time. If someone tells you that they can fix something, or put something together on a property, assume they are clueless until you actually see them do something. It is amazing how many dudes will say they know everything when in reality they are almost morons when it comes to rehab.
