USDA loans are a real pain in the *ss for any broker or lender.The market for MF in Austin is still very competitive.  

In my experience, the bigger insurers (Nationwide, State Farm, Farmers, etc) aren't really competitive with Landlord Insurance.

Also as far as Lethbridge goes rents have been very stagnant for a long time as there a lot of people here with just one rental or they are renting single rooms in they're personal property causing the market to be super competitive.

Share your listing on Craigslist, Facebook, BP, and everywhere else possible.If it's a decent deal, competitively priced, etc. you should receive multiple offers.
