I have identified the following people I need to have in place before I pull the trigger on a BRRRR opportunity 1.

My question is: if other people place another bid, would I see the price increase when I try to make a bid?

Some people are open to selling and just haven’t thought about it.

As you can see people move when they want, not when their lease expires.2.

We host one on the second Tuesday of every month and typically draw 50 + people. 

I also have a few people who have good connections that keep me informed if they hear of any good deals.

Maybe money is tight, maybe it is the summer and people are feeling more inspired to make the recurring Home Depot runs, or maybe people are taking more initiative to round their skills on Youtube University. 

I would love to connect with people in Northern New Jersey that are utilizing the Medium Term Rental strategy locally; specifically furnished rooms that are being rented.
