It seems unpatriotic to jazz it up, sing it with a country twang, ball it out as pop, or perform it in any popular style, it is a historic piece and should be presented with reverence and respect.I think the reason everyone screws with it because they can't sing it the way it is written, it is difficult.I would rather hear it performed by one of the military choirs with proper accompaniment, say the Marine Band and choir.

The frames are so bad that I understand they check them by hitting the frame with a ball peen hammer and if it penetrates through the frame, they buy it back if the customer will buy a new one.

I don't like debt and reasoned that it was OK in this instance because we could pay it off as soon as we sold our home (we have significant equity in the home).So, I'm simply trying to understand how to properly view this short term debt that resulted from exercising my line-of-credit on our personal residence.

If the multiunit property is something along the lines of a large condominium complex / large apartment 30 unit complex, then the ball game seems to be a little different (But i cannot say, I'm not in the apartment / condominium complex game)Based on some experience I have, if it's something as of a duplex / SFR style multi unit, you can probably do it yourself (even if it's a couple hours away).3.
