The instructors were knowledgeable and entertaining and it just held my attention much better than the online course.

Tax auctions are pretty entertaining too when held on the courthouse steps, I've been to a few where the auctioneer gets heckled and other investors trash talking while you bid.

So far A+ FCU is the only one willing to entertain a Home Equity Loan (2nd lien) on an owner-occupied (primary residence) duplex.
