Do anyone have some good advice or sample contracts for contractors during a Fix and Flip?

@Steven Sestir if you’ve had 50 applicants then you’ve gotten a good sampling of the type of tenant demand for the unit.

You can require the animal is spayed or neutered, unless a Vet states it is medically contraindicated.In addition, you can provide a sample "Accommodation Request" form that specifically states the two questions you can ask, and requires verifiable signature from a local Doctor, Social Worker, or other professional.

This low quality of service affects millions of American renters.All SFR Property Manager Do Not SuckKeep in mind that my remarks are based on my experience, which I believe is a sufficient sample size, however there are property managers in the space that are reputable, hard-working, and provide a decent level of service. 

It is all fairly theoretical now since I don't have a large enough sample size over a long enough time period to say whether my theory works. 

I've left doing as much as I can grabbing samples and among other things.
