If you self-manage it remotely, will your cleaner be classified as your resident agent? 

I hired the cleaner to clean and eventually be my property manager. 

With my own properties I have created separate bank accounts as I understand it makes for cleaner taxes.

If doing it yourself, i estimate it takes roughly 2-4 hours per week per rental to manage the app, answer guest questions, arrange cleaners and maintenance items, etc. 

However, it's always cleaner if even the deed is the same going through the 1031.  

It probably wouldn’t cost much to get a house cleaner to come in for 2 hours a week to clean the living room, kitchen, and shared bathroom unless you live close by and want to do this yourself to keep the house in great condition for your tenants.

My cleaner would have loved to have went.

Very few work to make the change in their credit. they mess up my house and then move to a nicer cleaner house later.I would make him work to have good credit.
