Hi @Nick Brubaker I have used him for real estate taxes, but bear in mind I only have two investment properties, so I don't know whether or not he caters to larger real estate investors, or if he'd be a good fit for your particular needs.

If the food is good he is committed and from the area I think it makes sense.  

The neatest trick with the travel write-offs too is that you can write-off the per diem amount for the city rather than your actual food and such expenses.

As stated above, except for any food or drink you happen to order there is no charge to attend.

However, I've yet to hear of a charity which caters to that market. 

Online banks (either truly e-bank or sometimes a one-location brick-and-mortar bank with online national presence) sometimes offer better interest rates on mortgages than traditional banks, but it seems most of them cater to 4-family max.
