Buyers will read a report that says the roof is about 10 years old and back out because the seller won't replace it.Sometimes buyers will complain they don't like the brand new carpet choices and back out because the seller won't replace it.If you see something during the original tour and then complain about it after the inspection, there is something else going on and the buyer just has cold feet that has nothing to do with the actual "condition" of the property...

I could be biased, but I think Montreal would always be an attractive destination especially for Europeans and Americans (less so for Asians), and recently I heard Halifax and the maritimes are booming too.
