Before bed, the dishes should be washed, stored and the counters wiped dry, close off the drain with the stopper and spray entry points with smelly disinfectant (roaches hate this).

I would not necessarily expect the next 5 years to be as kind as the last 5, and I'd fully expect there to be more market corrections coming at some point (I look forward to them, in fact), but over a long hold period it usually all comes out in the wash ... and in CA the long term has been lovely, and I am confident that it will continue to be lovely because people still want to live here, they are still willing and able to pay a premium to live here, and there still is a persistent lack of supply to meet this demand ... high demand, persistently limited supply has been the CA thesis for decades and those dynamics are still just as present today as they have been in the past, in fact they are even more dramatic today than they were then.

This can have a very beneficial impact as personal property typically has a much shorter useful life for depreciation purposes than real property.For example, if you are getting a cost segregation study performed on a car wash, there will most likely be assets that have been classified as part of the building but are able to be reclassified to real property and depreciation over a shorter useful life such as 5,7 or 15 years rather than 27.5 or 39 years.

Another recent one on Matthews lane, one pending on Woodhue.I think there is something of a sweet spot right now in which the seller is getting a higher return by selling the individual units, but the buyer of a single unit is getting a much more friendly price than anything else in the neighborhood, still below the 350 you mentioned, and lower condo fees than you mentioned, and without the hard to wash off, grimy feeling the wholesaler leaves you with.

They wash up great, are not real linty and easy to get stains out of most of the time.
