I was quoted 30k for a security system from Access Control Technologies which installs hardware from PTISecurity.

People are just not that savvy with technology to know it is a Google image.

Technology ConvergenceI think the parking lot days are limited-  With autonomous vehicles- things are going to change in the next 10 years.  

Once you install the hardware of an access control system you can overlay it with sexy/trendy technology software like Kisi or ButerflyMX which I would think would be of interest to coworking members. 

And how many times have lawyers, disruptors, technology, etc. gone after agent's commissions?

I graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell in 2012 and studied Sound Recording Technology and Music Performance.

I did see a motorized tripod boom that would get about 12' up with full remote controls from the ground for about $10K.I'm not expert on this stuff, but to me the technology seems pretty amazing.

My suggestion is to either buy a good book on securities laws or buy 3 hours of a securities attorneys time and find out the various options.By the way, I have been syndicating offerings for 28 years and still have questions about new issues that arise as the technology of media and communications change!

With all of today's technology, its still a crapshoot when they drill.
