I tend to think this was timed before the Olympics and executed right after with Russia having it's days in the sun of higher public opinion.The next move while chasing out the old leaders was to rally the Russian sympathizers to unite, which they have, that was a known outcome, that the people in Crimea would support Putin.Then, the Ukrainian new government makes a ploy as to request troops come in, Crimea requests assistance and begins actions to secede from Ukraine.

I found very little value and the staff out of the phillipines were so confused most of the time, it usually caused more problems then it solved. 

Their reporting isn't especially robust  but the rent payment task is very well executed.  

Huge shout out to @James Wise and @John Holton and the rest of the staff for bringing me on board and welcoming me to the team with open arms.

What they don't teach is that you cannot enter into a contract to purchase if you can't execute it.

Thanks Bob, I'm very glad you posted this plans of execution, the reason is because it confirms that I was in the right track.

The 90 day restriction is worded as when there is an "executed contract" which technically means execution by All parties, but to prevent any issues, I wouldn't have the buyer "offer" before the 90 days.

It is fraud against the shorted bank because there would have been an Arms Length Affidavit executed by buyer, seller, RE agents and closing agent that there is no biz relationship between buyer and seller, and there are no undisclosed agreements concerning transferring the property.

Money that you will loose if you don't execute.
