I take the score itself with a grain of salt, but I have found the detail is helpful for putting a neighborhood in context.

Now, I am brand new at this REI game, so take what I have said with a grain of salt and research and ask others for their input, also.

Greetings from UT.  New to Bigger Pockets.  Interested in fix and flips as well as helping other investors find the properties that work best for them.  

Where I live here in Salt Lake Utah in my price range I'm seeing more townhomes and single-family's.

@Liz Cole  off you go took 35 post to get to the finish line but you got there and really don't take anything personal this is just the internet and a bunch of peoples personal opinions take them all with a grain of salt.. but when we have these type of interactions there is something for someone who reads them that this will help or resonate with.. we can't know what it is or who it helped..You could also just get your GC license as well.. its not that hard ..
