Realtors and Info of the area?

Hi everyone,

Myself and 2 other of my partners are new investors from Honolulu looking to invest in the below areas.  We are looking for multifamily and mobile home parks.  We don't know enough about these markets but we would like to find something under $2mil with 16+ doors.  If anyone has any insight and know of any good realtors in the areas we would love to get in touch with them.
