I’ve had guests tell me that the house was very clean but they found dust in one corner, and that was the difference in a 5 star rating and a 4 star.

The community rating is only 2.5 star according to Roofstock.

Two weeks later, the Denver and surrounding area housing market skyrocketed and we were thanking our lucky stars.

You'd be a super star here!

This really only applies to 4.5-5 star communities. 

With 50 five-star ratings from guests who have stayed already, I just don’t see as much that will differ in terms of “proof of concept” or experience in the coming month or year as a lender might, and since the lot is a key to my success, I’m not going to step back from it.  

Although, bad contractors have served me well because they make me look like an All star for being simply average.  

Roofstock had this property listed as a 2 star neighborhood and the tenant was paying on time and it has the best rent in the area from what I checked.

Be better than the average, and shoot for the stars.
