This unprecedented pandemic has put a full stop on my project. 

However, this pandemic is unprecedented.

OUR lease at the apartments we've been living in isn't up until June 23rd, so we're ONLY in a hurry because FHA requires us to be.I see on here that evictions have been suspended at least through April.What we're seeking advice on is- should we get in touch proactively with our lender and see if they can suspend our move-in requirement until the pandemic has settled down, so as not to displace our tenants amidst society screeching to a halt?

I understand that this is a health pandemic and we have to follow the rules.

I’ve already gotten 3 messages to view the unit in only a few hours so people are still looking and moving during the pandemic, but my largest and most expensive unit has been sitting vacant longer than it presumably would have, pandemic or not.

Occupancy rates are at about 30%- I'm guessing due to pandemic.
