This all sounds great of course, but surely there must be some point at which you have to say your risk is too high now to continue locking up properties (and debt) at a break-neck pace. 

You can of course pace yourself with the speed of acquisition so that it doesn’t distrust your life which is you know the whole point of all this: a good life!

Are businesses/people still moving to Florida->Tampa at the same pace as 6 months ago, or has it slowed or increased?

I currently live in SoFlo where cash flow just doesn’t keep pace usually with most of the appreciation that is happening.

Could be a hidden agenda.

We plan to pursue a HH (although we are still determining whether that be a MF or SF home to rent by the room) My friend is really passionate about learning from Pace Morby about creative finance so I can guarantee this will be a much used path in our near future.
