And colder weather limits the ability to serve customers outdoors.

Hey @Laura Casner I am in the process of building an 800 sq ft A frame from DEN Outdoors on 1.8 acres near Ellijay.

I’m in Clayton, which has a bit more to do for the outdoor enthusiast, but overall similar to your market.we do get weeklong stays.

For outdoor lighting, I would install a sensor or timer so a tenant wouldn't accidently leave the light on during the day.
