I have been on dozens and dozens of new installations, and have NEVER seen one that didn't have some poor joints, or made noise when you walk on them.

If the clothes etc are in poor condition I drop them at another charity that grinds up materials to make insulation.

The hold-up I have is whether I should try to grind and get the savings for a down payment so we can keep this home as a long-term rental (would be able to receive $300 cash-flow monthly), or should I go ahead and sell and use the money gained and purchase two homes?

Entrepreneurs are problem solvers so, as long as we stay focused, and continue to grind... a gr8 team will come together! 

There are risks: noise and guests not feeling as if they have their own space is the hardest to manage.

Like I said, I'm new to this, so I may sound naive and more excited than someone that has gone through the grind.

My tenant just moved into a condo I own a couple weeks ago and is complaining about tapping sounds from the baseboard heating.From what I understand, it is typical noise culminating from the pipes retracting and expanding. 

This doesn't have to be the doom-and-gloom scenario and/or success-only-if-it-is-a grinding-job-of-an-investment like some people are making it out to be. 

Keep grinding and holding your mind accountable to those powerful goals.

If I were to get my park back up and running, I would be adding the ability for the trucks to plug in (cut down on generator noise and exhaust - I would charge for access or build it into the rental fee, and most food truck operators would love this option), add real bathrooms, and add other features as an additional draw to get customers for the trucks.
