This isn't simply a South Dakota problem, in fact the more I expand and do business outside of my home state the more I tend to see people's walls go up and it be harder to build real relationships in the business world.I would love to start a discuss on this, not just for my South Dakota peers but for a healthy Bigger Pockets community as a whole and promote the idea of collaboration and mutual growth.

Fast forward to 2 days after she moved in.....she calls me and tells me that the state wants her to take in 2 more of her grandkids or else they are going to be put into foster care.  

We collaborate with fellow local property managers to make bulk orders and secure substantial discounts.

We've done a deep dive on the design/build firms in the area and feel that they are charging a premium for what they provide.We're looking for vendors who are collaborative especially since we will be providing the plans.Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
