My other option is to invest in Lafayette (city accross the river) which seems to be growing with about 1,000 jobs being added in 2 years when the Subaru Assembly plant finishes its expansion...I don't want to make a monumental mistake, however I want to jump in feet first...any advice would be much appreciated.
