There's plenty of fish in the sea.I would recommend you attend a lot of local real estate investor meetups.

Yeah, I'm not super happy with the "fish-eye" photos.

My gut is telling me there is a 50% chance there is no 'buyer' and this agent is fishing for a listing.Just tell them you would be happy to consider a written offer and be silent.
