If you don't want to get an automation hub like Wink or Smart Things, ResortLock is probably your only option, they have WiFi locks that don't need the z-wave automation hub in-between your internet connection and the lock. 

HI Team,Im finding myself typing the same text over and over again for email enquiries, and would like to automate some of the text.I think it was mentioned in one of the podcasts way back about a plug in / extension or something that could be used for this. 

Being an engineer, I decided to automate it!

A few things that have helped me:-Make online payments mandatory, there are plenty or services out there to help automate rent payments.

When I did my research of getting automated payments from tenants this one seemed like the best option.

Also, since I still work a full-time job and have my hands full with three kids (all <5 yrs old); I need to be able to automate transactions like bill pay, and transfers so I have the efficiency and peace of mind I need to grow. 

Right now I just manage my own AirBnB and have found it to be enjoyable if the right systems are automated but I would love to hear how you attack these decisions in each of your business'.

Another thing I've found myself now doing is that I don't even bother to answer all of those automated emails where it says "I'm interested.

Allows me to automate many work processes and inherently improves efficiency.

The stuff offered there is cheap automated blasts of spam links.
