A carbon glass filter does not clean the air.

This year they have not lifted a finger and the weeds are 2' tall in the entire garden.

After that, there was a lot of glass breaking and blood on part of gf and Brother #2.  

even without unlocking the door someone can break the glass and climb through the window of the door. 

I haven't seen any liability issues but I have got broken couches and a shatter sliding glass door at the end of the year from students.
