She got my real email and then I suddenly got bombarded with email spam.   

How do you tackle this situation?

They're very descriptive in the titles, so it shouldn't be too difficult finding what you're looking for.But break down the problem because you're trying to tackle too many issues all at the same time.

I believe trying to tackle all of this might be too overwhelming in a short period of time.

Once we tackle these issues, we can move forward with the revitalization process.

If this was your first flip, I applaud the boldness of tackling a 4 unit! 

I am unsure how to tackle this issue and hoping I can get some advice so I do not end up costing myself more time and money.I have a tenant that has never paid rent on time and is currently behind on payments.

And to clarify it's not that you can't or won't be successful, it's that you seem to have resources that would allow you to tackle something with a higher barrier of entry than wholesaling (which traditionally people use as a stepping stone vs focusing on just that).  

Heck, maybe I would start a daycare center and bring my kids to work with me.Next, I would tackle my grocery spending by planning my meals a week in advance and shop one time.
