So, I told them that I would be showing the house over the next month, and the lease allows me to have reasonable access without permission to show the house within 45 days of them giving notice.

Ask permission rather than make demands. 

Mr Faux posted a sign on my property advertising rent to own without permission , implying he had control of the propertyI have tried to contact Miracle Real Estate Group , a NON Licensed  group with out successI will continue to post these negative reviews everywhere Miracle Real Estate Group shows up on the web until the sign is removed

WE simply ask for their permission to call them in another 3 to6 months to see how things are going..

@Jeremy Hunter  laws are state specific... there are 18 states or there abouts were making any loan on any real property that is 1 to 4 units regardless of purpose or to what entity requires NMLS registration and number and state license number... the rest of the states its permissible to make loans that are commercial in purpose ( usually to an LLC) and not have the need for state licensure.

A path that would be permissible in my state would be that the rent could be deposited into an escrow account so that funds are there to be paid.You must also follow the proper steps in notifying the landlord that the rent has been deposited in such a manner and that you have done this in order to be made whole and enforce your rights in the lease as you are being asked to pay a bill that is not your responsibility.

It's easier to ask forgiveness than it is to get permission."
