So my approach is --- who cares if they're upset?

There is too much supply for the little amount of demand for rent or for sale.Be careful of peoples projections in the area as they are not accurate.

They can be great just be careful though how you use the line. 

The home would likely rent for around $2,000 - $2,200.These are pretend numbers and you may find something that works, but I would be very careful with the math and ensure you account for all expenses, including vacancy, maintenance, property management, etc.

I have a 2 unit property in the western suburbs that could be well suited to be an elder care home for 3-4 residents.

I only care about DOM.

My ultimate goal is to potentially refinance down the line to settle everything.Any tips or insights would be greatly appreciated!
