There is a per 1099 penalty but that would be minimal in comparison to the the missed deduction if they can't verify an expense.You should issue 1099s, in the beginning it may be "ok" to play dumb but anyone who plans on being in business for the long haul should get their operations in order to comply with laws and regulation.

When you learn masonry in a country that only has masonry structures you can do it all.As for siding, we toyed with that idea on the back, problem is that will cost you because of the cement anchor bolts- and if you are already facing problems with the brick it may very well not hold even if done right.Last renovation done ... 3 months before the Titanic sank.
