they get tighter as innocent owners of real property get harmed in some manner.1. having wholesaler look them in the eye and tell them their 100k property is only worth 30k.. and an unconscionable profit has been taken by someone leaving the owner who no doubt this real estate was their number one financial holding.

He could tell by popping off the doors they the insulation was falling off (sparks flied at one point) and the evaporator condenser was heavily corrosive which can leak harmful R22 refrigerant into the home plus found bio growth inside leading to potential health concerns.

There's no harm in working with the housing stock you have available.

I'm happy to move dates if they wish because that doesn't harm me but cancelations can be harmful on VRBO.
