Deborah Burian My use of the expression "Vapour barrier on the warm side" is a truism here in the North where it occurs on the conditioned side of the wall.

How do you know they would not pass your criteria other than there outward expressions to you?

@Jeffrey Hotz I am looking to invest myself at some point but currently I just have clients that have expressed interest in investment properties.

The over the counter (or left over liens) are usually found on Lien Express and the monthly tax deeds are found on a different site.

My cleaner/manager can pick it up but also where I am I can have it delivered by Google Express and stored away. 

I have expressed my intentions from the beginning.

I also used real estate express and really enjoyed the site.

In my mind (and I believe this is a common expression) something is worth what someone will pay for it.
