I know of sleeze ball landlords that have had windows busted out to the point they can't insure their properties or their homes!

Given the private messages I've received on this topic" I stopped caring what people say about me in private messages that they don't have the balls to face me with back in high school.

It is more of a thought exercise and less of a practical thing for an investor with rates currently so low.

She added a theater room and exercise room on the second story on top of her garage and I see that the tape is peeling out and it doesnt look too good.

So, I think the better exercise for us is to think back to when we were renting and that was all we could afford, then ask ourselves if we'd be happy living there at that stage in our lives.

Sometimes I check abandoned and distressed house prices on Zillow and see that they are sometimes in the same ball park price wise as many other sold and non for sale homes with the same criteria as them.

I still haven't had a chance to read any of these, honestly, I don't think I will until they pass committee, but did find some other interesting legislation:SB 278 offers an expedited method of exercising the power of sale clause on abandoned properties.

Had one odd ball last year that lasted 45 days on market, but generally under 30 days til I accept an offer.
