What is the best Underwriting software to use to analyze Multi-Family and apartments?

Do not use them as they are not a morally fit company.Has anyone else had issues with HostHub or other channel management software where they led their users astray?

There are a lot of excellent softwares available that are free for tracking or very inexpensive if you use certain upgrade features like online payments or e-signature.BiggerPockets just announced FREE access to RentRedi for all Pro Members.

Property management software - Propertyware.

I believe Stessa is a similar software that does many of the same things that Landlord Studio does, and is more inexpensive. 

(Just an FYI: most sophisticated CPA firms (i.e.not turbotax or H&R block) have audit risk software that basically calculates your chances of being audited based on the tax stances you take so another good reason to invest in a good CPA)

I do my own taxes using Turbotax and the software does not have the ability to upload the magic words when I file online so I file a 1040X with snail mail with no changes except for the magic text.
