All the website to do all the work while you capture leads all on autopilot.After that you can use those leads as you please. 

I don't know your background so can't comment on whether this captures it or not, but here are a few design pointers.The design needs to be used strategically to draw the eye to what is important.

After deciding to mail the next important aspect is lead capture.

The bigger issue is what are you sending, how are you capturing and what system are you using to manage data.   

The reality is I can enter your market tomorrow with direct mail, PPC, TV, facebook, etc and capture a really good return.

if that's all you need, set up a Podio account (Free for up to 5 users), create a "Contacts" app with fields you need to capture the info you mention, and use Tasks with reminders for making sure you don't lose track of anything.

Can you capture in seconds, if not dont try as it tends to distract?

I would start with an area your interested in targeting and blast the neighborhood with a mailer, then hopefully some responses and you are able to capture those leads. 

Michael always says getting tons of calls without a capture and fulfillment system in place is a waste of time and money, and I agree with him 100%And while I'm agreeing with him, I have to confess his answer on the previous page was 100% right on too.
