So they've already accumulated almost $1000 in fines based on my complaining  videos unless I pay that I won't get a parking sticker which means they will eagerly, put that in capital letters eagerly tow my car, as I'm sure they're already putting liens on the property and have their eyes on the prize of driving me out of here more fiercely than they already have been  foremost the entire 15 years I've suffered in this place.

But I will speculate a bit.If you sell an asset whether it's real property or a corporation you pay capital gains on the difference of sales price + costs - purchase price plus cost - accumulated depreciation.

I had to put about $270k into it to deal with all the accumulated problems, which works out to about $900/m over 25 years, or $225/door/m.I don't want to be dense, but I'm aware that BP has a bias towards investors who haven't been in the game long - my 10 years is still a relative newbie.

They went bankrupt and then immediately starting accumulating more debt.  

As a high income earner, I have suspended passive losses accumulated from previous years. 

Well, I have obviously not been through a spring thaw yet, but there have been some big rains in the last few weeks and there has been no water accumulation in my yard or neighbors yard. 

My thinking is that the rental units could pay the mortgage, tenants pay their own utilities...maybe with a surplus from the rent payments that could be accumulated and used for any repairs/maintenance needed down the road.
