I'm a commercial electrician who is looking for a bigger challenge.

It looks like the cost is going to be in the speciality labor like plumber, electrician, hvac, etc to move and replace things in order to a the joist repairs.

I thought about home inspector,  electrician, or plumber but currently have no technical skill with any of those plus 4 year apprenticeship may be a bit much.

  ( he would fund 100% with no other involvement)By the way I also have a very good team around me with my wife being an accountant, 3 very good friends who are real estate appraiser of 17 years, a Plumber and electrician who own their businesses for 20+ years each, and 2 good aggressive REA's As you can tell, I have options. 

Best practice would be to have an electrician and plumber get some eyes on the situation, setup, and proposed plans. 

An electrician is probably just a quick service fee.

Specifically general mechanic that is jack of all trades, an electrician, plumber,and a roofer!

I need a plumber, electrician, and drywaller for a small 3 bed 1 bath row home.

Instead went to a trade school....learned to be a carpenter, electrician and plumber.

I actually found my electrician via service magic and he's been awesome.
