Hello everyone!! I'm a commercial electrician who is looking for a bigger challenge. I have always kicked around the idea of flipping houses and now is the time to take the plunge. Bigger Pockets seems like an amazing website and so glad I stumbled upon it. Very excited to gain a lot of information from the experienced (an not so experience) group that I have seen on these forums. Excited to start this new, amazing chapter.
