I am curious to know if you look carefully at the last two deed conveyance images, is the type of title conveyed is not called out as lease hold?

It turns out, this was a lie and through Google's Reverse Image Lookup site, the original author took the photo is 2003, over THIRTEEN years ago.

There is a good one right in Chelmsford, the NEREIA that meets this Wed.  

Unfortunately a lot of agents are concerned about their own images and ego over their current clients best interests. 

That's the third Wed of the month usually, so it is 7/18 this month, tomorrow night. 

Images--what types of images are you using for your ads?

Google images can only get you so far and listing pictures are going to be shot from good angles and other tricks to make it look better without actually misrepresenting.

We schedule showings Wed/Sat/Sun at various times for other potential applicants. 

They had a massive earthquake a few months back that essentially wiped out the roads and small towns around it so the country so you can imaging no one is thinking about building vacation condos right now till they get infrastructure back.  

I image you have some continuing ed/training, meetings, other travel time, etc that needs to be considered.
