AVAIL, STESSA, RENT REDI, BASELANE, TENANT CLOUD, etc. are solid options. 

I typically buy at online auctions so can someone break this down step by step or correct my steps? 

I’m considering Round Rock and Pflugerville as top options.

Hi Nathan - I agree that there are potential pitfalls when considering a heloc as an option, as you pointed out.  

And to some degree, I can't really blame them since they know only what they have seen and been told, not understanding that the life that they have is not typical in most of the world and there are reasons for that.

Conventional is an option but conventional have longer seasoning requirements and won't allow LLC vesting.

My team and I are wholesalers who focus on finding rent-ready properties under 100k (typically in popular section 8 regions).

Both are great options but I think if you listen to the BiggerPockets Rookie podcast then you'll probably like Ashley's book a bit more!
