I would continue to look in the Columbus market or tertiary markets though, as demand for housing has just increased with the announcement of the intel plant and the refinery.

@Michael Plante thank you for your ideas and informing me of the wind storms.  

They have already started work on a multi-billion dollar plant in Plattsburgh, where they will use advanced industrial 3D printing technology to essentially print titanium parts for the aviation industry.Its a high-paying, high technology employer and when they are at full capacity it will be the biggest employer in the county with the exception of the hospital. 

@Michael Plante fair statement, but all proposals now on the table are far in excess of what I am looking to do.

I was brainstorming and couldn't really see a solution besides maybe planting a tree to try to cover up the tallest shed. 

Both major plants (GM & Chrysler) are investing big into revitalizing and modernizing their plants.

No clue if that applies to modern day.its algae and its seasonal.. worst months happen to be August sept in the heat of the summer when most tourist think of going to a lake.it was caused mainly by the run off from the pear orchids  ( fertilizers) that were not native.. and you hit it at the wrong time and yes its bad.. but not as bad as it used to be.. now a days its actually clear for a good part of the year. but a shallow natural lake like this will have a lot of plant growth. 

We had to plant 3 trees on the sidewalk (added cost of 2.5K)4.

Beaches, warm weather, tropical breezes, but violent crime is pretty high.
