How else can I write off my skiing... property tour trips?

Well, going to be hard pressed to find a buyer that will not want any kind of interior looksee although it may not be impossible.I would start with plenty of photos and a video tour, we do them on our properties all the time and have since 2000…during COVID this has become commonplace.

They toured the house yesterday and then told my leasing guy about their situation before running background on them. 

We had under 36hrs to put in an offer so I had my agent swing by and we did a facetime video tour.
