But to me, it sounds like you are tired of managing, whether it is people or properties.So for you, I would consider to sell the properties, and invest the money with a syndicator.

My colleagues who have their BSEE, MSEE, and MBA only got the MBA as they were tired of engineering and moved into the business side of the house. 

Some things about Craigslist we need to remember:  1) its free  2) so many sellers and buyers on there aren't the most organized people [this may be because they dont value this free service, and dont give it the seriousness it deserves]  3) Not everyone on there (or any search engine/listing service) is a serious buyer - beware tire kickers.  

Had some great success with selling on third party platforms like ebay and amazon but was getting tired of there fees and listing rules.

The more professionals in the field I contact the more I feel like a tire kicker.ThanksJulius
