Freeing up Fannie/Freddie slots for investments?

The notice has to be sent as certified mail saying what exactly and when should it be dated, also how should the late fee be applied if the rent is usually deposited as a check ?

What was the the post-closing but pre-construction investment (ie: engineers, deposit to contractors, building Dept fees etc)

I have a lease, deposit, BG check, etc.

Lots of nervous people waiting for that money to get deposited :)In closing (if you have read this far)...this whole deal had a little bit of everything...poor documentation, lots of back and forth with the sellers, bank issues, investor issues, and lots of personal issues including deaths in the family.

You cannot legally charge more but they are not due a discount either make sure you are at market rent but no pet rent or deposit.  

(People deposit their savings)Local lenders, direct non-bank lenders, correspondents, or mortgage brokers (whatever name you want to use), are where you want to go for purchase mortgages and cash out refinances.

Of course there will be a bigger deposit just in case of any accidents :-) and they don't even leave their enclosure lolAlso open to other suggestions for temporary residence that will accomodate our humble dog family.
